we were really excited this year because we moved from oak park to westlake village and into a neighborhood where people actually trick or treat! we had so many kids come by this year that we barely have any candy left. i am one of those crazy people who buys way too much candy in the hopes that it will all go away and this year it did (which is really good for me because now i can’t use the halloween excuse and eat leftover candy for the next 4 months!). i am also one of those crazies who dresses up their dogs, but it only lasted for about 5 minutes. as you can see from the photos, charlie was not a happy bee, and if the costume came with a stinger, i think she would have stung me. in other news, our front door pumpkin display ended up being awesome and we got tons of compliments from the neighbors :). hope you all had a wonderful halloween!

Ali: Coolest pumpkins ever!! Very artistic. I'm sure if I attempted those cut-outs, I'd end up with a finger on the floor and a trip to the ER! And poor Charlie. She's just like my Princeton -- hates the costumes... but they're just SO CUTE!
Gina: ahhh how cute! At least she stayed in it long enough for you to take photos. Great job on the pumpkins :)
Char: Charlie is sooo cute!
marlin munoz: Poor Charlie, but she looked super cool!! Isn't it exciting when you have a ton of trick or treater's!! Glad you had a great holiday!

sarah and dev embraced the hindu indian culture for their 2nd wedding held at the marina del rey marriott. the captivating vibrancy of reds and oranges glistened in the sun during their rooftop ceremony held on the helicopter pad overlooking the entire city and ocean. a warm and inviting reception of purples and whites followed. dev and sarah’s long list of over 300 guests learned indian dance moves, enjoyed delicious food and watched a wonderful choreographed first dance by sarah and dev. it was so wonderful to see american and indian cultures come together for this one beautiful event!

i am very behind on blogging and i know shandi is dying to these photos so this post won’t be long! shandi and rich had a beautiful wedding ceremony at st. martin of the field followed by one heck of a reception at the castaway, burbank. i have never seen so many guests up on the dance floor but with an incredible entertainment team like bino’s entertainment group who got all the guests up learning dance moves and even danced along with everyone for most of the night, i wouldn’t expect any less! if you follow our blog, i am sure you remember shandi + rich from their engagement session on melrose (one of our favorite engagement sessions and locations). shandi + rich, you guys are fantastic! thank you for having us as your photographers :).
