eric and i met up with kristine and rick on a gorgeous afternoon in south pasadena. we started the session on the beautiful library grounds, the light was perfect and there were so many awesome backdrops. kristine and rick then did an outfit change and to my wonderful surprise went into their car and pulled out a portable changing room and set it up right there on the street. it was a must have for any photographer who allows outfit changes, it’s the best idea i have ever seen! we had a wonderful time getting to know kristine and rick, they are the sweetest couple, and their personalities really just came out in each frame. they are getting married on the 4th of july and we are so excited to celebrate their wedding with them on such a fun holiday in one of my most favorite places, santa barbara.

erin has got to be one of the sweetest girls you could ever meet, she was also one of the most organized brides! you might remember erin from her and adam’s engagement session, also in downtown la. everything was in order, the timeline and contact list i received before the wedding was just a glimpse at how well erin and adam’s wedding was going to be run. erin had an amazing wedding dress with beautiful lace straps and the cutest birdcage veil. i must have taken 1000 images once erin was ready, she just looked so adorable! erin and adam were married at the church on the usc campus followed by a reception at the amazing city club (i had to sit down in the elevator traveling all the way up to the 54th floor because i am a wuss!) how could a usc ceremony not be followed by the usc marching band introducing erin and adam at their reception? well it couldn’t and everyone got up to cheer as they entered playing with erin and adam following behind. erin and adam’s wedding was just as amazing as i expected it to be, with a team like they had i did not expect anything else. we feel so lucky that we were able to be apart of this wonderful celebration and yes, i had to sit down for the elevator ride back down as well ;).
