i love dogs, all of them. i especially love dogs at engagement sessions! marilyn and marc brought their dog, nikki (great name, i know), along to their engagement session at venice beach. not only did we capture sweet moments between both marilyn and marc, but also amazing photos with their beautiful dog. marilyn and marc rented a tandem bike for the session as well, and we were very impressed with their riding skills. we dared them to try some crazy moves and they did, a few times :). marilyn and marc not only made riding a tandem look easy, but they made our job incredibly easy with their cool style, awesome poses, and genuine love for one another…and of course nikki. we cannot wait for their wedding coming up in july.

we just got news that we received the weddingwire 2009 bride’s choice award for the los angeles area. we are so lucky to have such wonderful clients who leave us such amazing feedback. we really strive to give all of our clients personal care and attention, and customer service is one of the most important things to us. wedding planning can be stressful, and we strive to make sure that you don’t have to worry about anything photography related and even a few other things here and there! eric has become especially good at pinning on boutonnieres and bustling (all the way up to a 9 pt. bustle!). we take on a limited amount of weddings each year so that each one of our clients really becomes part of our family and one of our friends!

when sangini emailed me and asked if we would like to come up to san francisco to shoot their engagement session, i did not even blink when replying “YES!”. i love shooting in new locations and san fran has so many awesome places. we spent the day driving around, with stops at baker beach (complete with army bunkers and an amazing view of the golden gate bridge), fisherman’s wharf, at&t park, and finally ending in china town to catch the signature cable car shot ;). we loved spending the day with sangini and vik and cannot wait for their multiple part wedding in may!!
